Leafy Greens with Spicy Garlic Oil
Ingredients

4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced

¼ cup olive oil (walnut oil gives a nutty flavor)

1 Tbsp olive oil to massage greens

½ tsp crushed red peppers
-
½ tsp sea salt and pepper (optional, to taste)

2 large bunches of spinach, kale, swiss or rainbow chard
Directions
-
On medium heat add garlic, ¼ cup olive oil, crushed red peppers, salt, and pepper for 2 minutes.

Combine greens into a large bowl and massage (with hands) to break down the greens.

Add greens to garlic oil and lightly char on both sides.

Serve immediately.
